1. Our website

Your use of this website and any service contained within constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Customer Information

2.1 You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before proceeding to payment.

2.2 Our website is only intended for use by adults. Adults may purchase products for children as long as the products purchased are intended by the manufacturer for use by children.

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend your subscription if we suspect that ID and password are being used by an unauthorized user or in a manner breaching these terms and conditions, until the matter is resolved to our satisfaction.

2.4 We are continually seeking to improve the services and reserve the right to make changes to any part of the services, at our own discretion, provided that any such changes do not, in our opinion, materially reduce the content or functionality of the services.

2.5 In the event that we cancel any order, for whatever reason, we shall refund the price paid by you to you directly, and shall have no further liability for any damages, costs, losses (including without limitation pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, interruptions to business, depletion of goodwill or reputation, and/or loss of commission), claims or liabilities, whether direct, indirect or consequential, incurred by you.

3. Warranties

3.1 All products carry the warranty stated on the product description.

3.2 We shall only extend the benefit of the manufacturer warranty to you and do not separately warranty the products ourselves.

3.3 In the event of the product requiring replacement or repair under the warranty, you must contact the product manufacturer directly.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

4.1.1 Please notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.

4.1.2 If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects. Only defective products must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We shall replace the products free of charge and redeliver them to you at our own cost unless you request a refund.

4.1.3 Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.

4.2 If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.

4.3 You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.

4.4 We recommend that all returns be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, so that a record of the return is available for you.

4.5 We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

4.6 Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

4.7 Unused products may be returned by notifying us in writing, (email or letter) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.

4.8 Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.

4.9 We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery.

5. Customer Complaints

5.1 We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries the same day, maximun being 48 hours.

5.2 If you have a complaint please email us stating at much detail as possible in order for us to resolve the issue within a satisfactory timescale, you will be kept fully informed of the status of your complaint.

6. Faulty Products

Where a Customer experiences a fault with a product it can be returned to www.shophub.co.uk, subject to our returns policy above.

7. Warranty Terms

7.1 Our products have a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.

7.2 Any goods which are subject to a warranty claim should be returned to www.shophub.co.uk for inspection.

7.2.1 Please notify us in writing, (email or letter) and state the reason for the return.

7.2.2 Upon inspectionwww.shophub.co.uk will repair or replace defective unit.

7.3 Warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, acts of god, damage incurred by incorrect use or not following the manufacturer's instructions. The goods must not be modified or repaired by anyone other than one of our engineers or nominated service agents.

7.4 Any products that have not failed due to manufacturing defect will be repaired at the cost of the customer. We reserve judgment on this and our decision is final.

7.5 Carriage costs for the return of goods to www.shophub.co.uk will be the responsibility of the customer.

7.6 Warranty does not cover the incorrect purchase of our products.

7.7 The warranty will become invalid if the products have not been used for the purpose they were designed for.

8. Privacy

8.1 All information that you provide about yourself to us shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy

9. Waiver

9.1 Failure by www.shophub.co.uk to enforce any accrued rights under these Terms & Conditions is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of those rights unless we acknowledge the waiver in writing.

10. Entire Terms & Conditions

10.1 These Terms & Conditions (as amended from time to time), together with terms and conditions of use of the website (as amended from time to time) and the privacy policy (as amended from time to time), constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You should regularly check the terms and conditions of use of the website and the privacy policy for any updates and/or amendments.

11. Jurisdiction

11.1 We shall endeavor to resolve any disagreements between us and you quickly and efficiently. The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
